Our Wild Elderflower Cordial is made from Wild Elderflowers foraged from the hedgerows around our farm. Collected in early spring when their blooms are best, this pure tasting cordial has a wonderful floral scent of Elderflower combined with a citrus flavour giving it an outstanding fresh taste. Dilute to taste in a drink of your choice such as sparking water or lemonade, beautiful served chilled.
It is this cordial that we use to make our delicious Apple & Elderflower Juice.
Description
Yorkshire Wolds Apple Juice Co. Elderflower Cordial contains no preservatives or colourings.
Being a cordial, it does contain added sugar.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, refrigerate & consume within 4 weeks.
Contains natural particles of fruit which settle on standing.
All cordials have an 18 month shelf life from the date of bottling.
Dilute to taste.
