INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online shop. They are in addition to our GDPR and Privacy Policy for use of the general site and interaction with Yorkshire Wolds Apple Juice Co in all online and offline methods which are found here.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.
RETURNS POLICY
We aim to ensure that all products are supplied to our customers in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 28 days along with your receipt for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete.
Products that you choose to return to us will be returned at your cost. Your refund will exclude the cost of shipping that you paid.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
In the very unlikely event that there is a fault with a product, you agree that we will refund or replace the product at our discretion. This will be subject to you sending us a photo of the faulty product, and at our request and expense, returning the faulty product to us. Products that have passed their Best Before Date are no longer eligible for a faulty product claim.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Our packages are fully insured, but to comply with the insurance, we require a photo of the damaged package BEFORE it is opened. We also require a photo of the open box and the bottles once they are removed from the box. The insurance company will also require a short online form to be completed by you. We will make arrangements to replace the damaged items without charge to you provided you comply with the above requests to enable us to recover costs from the courier company.
INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unlikely event that we sent you the wrong product, please contact us and upon receipt of a photo of the incorrect product, we will make arrangements to refund or replace the item at our discretion.
CHANGES TO OUR WEBSITE SHOP
We may update our shop from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our shop may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our shop, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in our shop, and all the material published in it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
APPLICABLE LAW
As a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
